INGREDIENTS

  • Organic steel-cut oats, chia seeds, peanut butter (unsweetened), banana, almond milk (unsweetened), local honey, salt, topped w/ blackberry chia jam (just blackberries + chia, no sugar added) + cacao nibs

HOW WE EAT IT

In the morning with a little fresh milk poured over top, or as a pre-workout or pre-run snack.
