  • Add water to a medium saucepan (for every one cup of quinoa you cook, you’ll want two cups of water).
  • Add your quinoa, salt and a little bit of olive oil to the saucepan.
  • Set the stove to HIGH and bring to a boil uncovered
  • Once boiling, reduce the heat to MEDIUM and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes, uncovered
