- Preheat oven to 400°F (set on the BAKE function).
- Grab a large sheet pan or baking sheet. Spread half of the tortillas on the pan, then top with half of salsa, half of the jalapeños and pickled onions and half of the aged white cheddar cheese (in that order). Then repeat.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and just starting to brown. Remove nachos from the oven and top with evenly distributed amounts of sliced avocado, dollops of sour cream, drizzles of jalapeño-lime vinaigrette and hot sauce to taste.
- Respectfully fight with your friends and fam over the first bite.
