BUCKWHEAT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
- Preheat oven to 350°F (set on the BAKE function).
- Once the oven hits 350°F, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Grab the cookies from the freezer and space them out evenly.
- Place them in the oven on the middle rack and bake for approximately 12 - 15 minutes (12 minutes for extremely soft, 15 minutes for very soft with slightly crispy edges). Either way, they’ll be quite gooey but we love them that way. If you’re more into crispy cookies, bake them for a few minutes longer.
- Once they’re ready, pull the cookies out and let them rest for at least five minutes (though preferably longer). Resting is key.
