TURKEY CHILI (1L)
This might be the most beloved dish we’ve ever served at our restaurants. Made with lean ground turkey chili from our friends at The Butcher Shoppe and sent with a side of local sour cream and house pickled onions and jalapeños, it’s the kind of thing we always want to have stocked in our fridge. One litre of chili is enough for two people.
- 1L of turkey chili (ground turkey, tomatoes, tomato, paste, pinto + red kidney beans, chili, powder, paprika, cayenne, cumin, oregano, onion, garlic, extra virgin, olive oil, sea salt)
- Local sour cream (Wholesome Farms | Peterborough, ON)
- Jalapeños + pickled onions (pickled w/ organic maple syrup + rice wine vinegar)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED AT HOME
A saucepan to heat up the chili.
